Shipping Information

Please allow between 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase due to significant order volume or weather.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has left our facility along with a tracking number. Delivery may take between 3-7 business days from the time your package leaves our facility.

NOTE: Any items added to a pre-order will be shipped out with the entire order in one package when the pre-sale items are ready to ship.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Only orders within the USA will be processed and fulfilled. This includes overseas US military bases and US territories. We're working on expanding globally ASAP so everyone can enjoy Tempus!

Military Base Shipping: We proudly ship to all APO/FPO military addresses. Please make sure to enter your address correctly and select the United States as your country regardless of where you're stationed. An example address is below. Your service to our country is greatly appreciated - thank you!

Lost or Stolen Packages

You are responsible for entering your complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers.

Your postal driver may choose to leave the package at your door or porch. Tempus is not responsible for items that are stolen or damaged after delivery confirmation. Most of our orders include a tracking number and we strongly advise you to check it frequently to know the location of your order. Please contact your local police department to file a police report if you suspect your package was stolen.

Tempus is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
