Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service team via the Contact Us page and we can complete your return.
Due to the types of products we sell, all returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for safety reasons.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased on sale or that used a coupon code. This includes but is not limited to promotions and sales such as; BOGO, free shipping, discount codes greater than or equal to 10%, or free item promos.
** Products are eligible to be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:
- The product was purchased within the last 15 days
- The product must not be opened and in its original condition
- The product must have been purchased from tempustea.co and not any third-party websites or stores
- The product must be returned in all original packaging with accessories and receipts related to proof of purchase
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition
- The product must be returned using a trackable shipping method
We recommend insuring your mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse.
USPS may take longer to deliver a package than expected. No refunds or discounts are given for slow delivery times.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: After we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used, including gift cards. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund as the service was already performed by the carrier delivering the items to you. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damages and Other Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us ASAP if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. At our discretion, you may receive a store credit or replacement product.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on the cost of the product sold. This fee helps us cover costs associated with inspecting and repackaging returns. The restocking fee is waived if the order hasn't shipped yet or if an error was made on our part. Tempus is a small business with limited resources and we appreciate your understanding!
